Change Management Consultant

This role is for a Change Management functional consultant who can lead, design, and drive delivery of Organizational Change Management (OCM) services on time and within budget. As an OCM consultant, you will help drive the change and implementation of complex ERP transformations for a variety of clients across the Energy & Utilities sector.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing change management strategies that mitigate the risks associated with process and technology changes, while ensuring business continuity and value realization. They should have experience with OCM strategy and planning, as well as communications, stakeholder engagement, job and organizational design, leadership alignment, change impact assessments, business readiness planning, HR policy alignment, and culture change.

As an OCM lead, the successful candidate should be able to demonstrate specific experience leading and delivering change programs across Oracle and SAP CIS implementations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver Organizational Change Management, Communication and/or Learning solutions for tip tier clients
  • Help lead a small team of consultants
  • Gather and analyze client data to support design of solutions
  • Follow project guidelines and develop high fidelity work products.
  • Contribute creative ideas and innovations to support client work
  • Conduct business process workshops to intimately understand existing client processes, determine future state goals, and identify gaps.
  • Track and report program metrics, status, and risks and issues
  • Serve our clients as a trusted advisor, leveraging best practices in the industry
  • Share knowledge across your peer group
  • Provide leadership and guidance to define the overall solution landscape and strategy for our clients
  • Partner with client business leadership to educate their organization on key changes to current business processesPreferred

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in facilitating change across an organization related to ERP system implementations
  • Ability to interact at all levels of client organizations and build enduring relationships with client team members
  • Strong executive presence and executive communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail who is great at problem solving and thinking outside the box
  • Strong analytical skills, as well as verbal and written skills, with a passion for learning and challenge
  • Either direct employment with a utility or deep knowledge of utility business processes gained through consulting
